Cancellation Policy

We understand that project requirements and design choices may evolve. You may cancel standard in-stock wallpaper rolls or catalogue collections free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not been dispatched from our central fulfillment warehouse.

Once an order has been packaged and handed over to our express courier partner, it cannot be canceled in transit. In such cases, you may request a standard return within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Custom wall murals and bespoke print-to-order wallcoverings are customized to your exact room dimensions and selected substrate media:

• Pre-Production Cancellation: You may cancel a custom mural order within 12 hours of order placement before our digital print rip-processing and substrate printing commences.
• Post-Production: Once digital high-resolution UV printing on roll media has started, customized murals cannot be canceled or modified.

To request an urgent order cancellation, please contact our fulfillment team promptly:

2. Email Support: Send an email to reachus@excelwallpapers.com with the subject line "URGENT: Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]".

Upon successful cancellation, your refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days, subject to your banking institution's settlement cycle.
